This service is perfect if you’re living in your home and are a DIY kind of person who prefers to do most of the staging work yourself. I’ll give you direction on where to start, what to keep or pack, and recommendations for home repairs and minor cosmetic upgrades that will maximize your home’s selling potential. The walk-through takes approximately 1.5 hours and includes a customized report with images and recommendations specific to your property.

Includes 4 hours of hands-on prep and staging, concentrating on the main areas of your home.  This service is perfect if you’re living in your home and could really use the extra help in getting your home organized, staged and ready for the market.  Following the details outlined in your consultation report, our time together will include de-cluttering and organizing, repurposing your own furnishings, art and décor and creating the desired purpose and look in your home spaces.

Includes 7 hours of hands-on prep and staging in the home, creating the best possible design to showcase your indoor spaces.  Outdoor areas can be prioritized where needed.
